"The Property"

3 acres of private flat forest land - bought in 1970 so Marc & Bart could have 'forest
adventures' while growing up; build tree houses, ride dirt bikes, jump into the lake on rope swings,
hunting trips with Dad, know and enjoy cousins & school friends in a fun atmosphere. Now, the
boys have made improvements so that their families can enjoy nature in a more refined way.

DIRECTIONS TO "THE PROPERTY"

Take Hwy 80 to Auburn. Go past Auburn approximately 2 miles to Foresthill Divided Road,
turn right toward Foresthill (gas and food here). It's approximately 20 miles to Foresthill.

At the East end of Foresthill, there's a school house, on your right. Check your speedometer.
Approximately 9 miles past the school, start watching for sign to Sugar Pine Recreation area,turn
left (the only way you can turn) onto this PAVED ROAD. If it's not paved, you have the wrong road.
Travel approximately 2.8 miles and make a sweeping right curve on the well-traveled paved road.

Approximately 1 mile, you will see what used to be a ranger station but now is a parking/staging
camping area for bike riders (bath room here, if needed). Turn left and stay on this road 3.7 miles.

After crossing the dam (away from boat ramp) travel 1 mile, turn left on to BIG DIPPER ROAD,
left is the only way you can turn. BIG DIPPER ROAD is now a paved road. Travel approximately
3/4 of a mile. On your left will be a cabin, behind a wooden fence. Go 1/4 mile further and take
the 3rd driveway on the right (from the cabin). The first driveway will have a gate and a large
mound of dirt, and then another locked gate (this is our old driveway and can't be used). The
next driveway will have a gate, above and right of gate is N6SPX on tree, this is it, turn in and
then make the next right. Our driveway is the next driveway, downhill (West) of 29675 Big Dipper
Road. NOTE: Succor Ln., shown on map, is actually Copper Bottom Rd.! Succor Ln is above Sugar Pine Lodge.
